RN Staff Development Coordinator Full Time • Day Shift • On Call Support Weekend Rotation • RN Registered Nurse License Required Complete Care at Kimberly Hall campus located at 1 Emerson Drive in Windsor, CT is looking to hire an RN Staff Development Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities Leading orientation programs for newly hired clinical staff members. Planning and delivering recurring in-service training on clinical skills, safety, infection control, etc. Ensuring the facility maintains compliance with regulatory requirements. Conducting competency evaluations, performing floor observations, and mentoring staff to improve clinical performance. Maintaining accurate documentation of employee training, in-service attendance, and certifications. Qualifications Previous long‑term care experience is desirable. Computer knowledge is preferred. Strong instructional and presentation abilities, excellent organizational skills, and comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations.
