Responsibilities

• Outbound Calls: Conduct calls to potential clients with the intention of generating interest in our insurance products and securing sales.
• Client Engagement: Develop a rapport with potential clients, addressing their queries and concerns to understand their needs better.
• Product Knowledge: Keep abreast of the latest insurance products and their features to provide accurate information to clients.
• Sales Conversion: Identify sales opportunities, turning potential leads into established customers by matching their needs with our offerings.
• Document Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales processes to ensure data integrity and seamless follow-up.
• Feedback Gathering: Collect valuable client feedback to aid in refining and improving sales strategies and service offerings.

Requirements

• Previous Experience: At least 6 months of telemarketing or customer service experience.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
• Telephone Etiquette: Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
• Customer Focus: High level of professionalism and an ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
• Motivation: A positive attitude and self-motivation to achieve targets and goals.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, sharing insights, and supporting colleagues.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
