We are a top, nationally recognized, boutique Wealth Management firm looking for a warm, friendly, detail-oriented, self-starter and “go-getter” to join our rapidly growing team.

We’re hiring a Client Service Associate to support an advisor and their clients. This role is focused on communication, coordination, and follow-through, making sure client work moves smoothly across advisors, planning, and investment operations. It’s an execution and client-facing operations role for someone who enjoys ownership, organization, and keeping things on track.

\n

Role/Responsibilities:

• Monitor a shared inbox for your advisor pod and respond or route items appropriately
\n
• Schedule client meetings and manage advisor calendars using our scheduling system
\n
• Keep clients and advisors updated on the status of recommendations, onboarding, and service requests
\n
• Facilitate client onboarding calls (information gathering and account opening paperwork)
\n
• Submit account requests to our investment operations team and track progress through completion
\n
• Help verbally confirm client money movements and route requests appropriately
\n
• Monitor incoming cash alerts for assigned clients
\n
• Review meeting notes to ensure documentation is complete
\n
• Track advisor follow-ups and confirm action items are completed after meetings
\n
• Create and maintain tasks for planning and operations teams
\n
• Maintain clean, accurate CRM records for your client group
\n

• This is a pod-based role, supporting a defined group of advisors and clients
\n
• Work is coordinated across advisors, planning, and investment operations with clear handoffs
\n
• You’ll have ownership of your lane and the autonomy to manage priorities day to day
\n

\n

Experience/Requirements:

\n

\n
• 2-4+ years of experience in advisor support, client service, or operations within wealth management or financial services
\n
• Strong organization and follow-through
\n
• Clear, professional communication with clients and internal teams
\n
• Comfortable working across multiple systems (CRM, scheduling tools, document management)
\n
• Experience with custodians like Schwab, Fidelity, or Pershing is preferred
\n

Compensation & benefits

• $55,000–$80,000 total comp, depending on experience
\n
