Case Manager - Ringwood

About this role Ongoing, full-time position based in Ringwood. Help contribute to the rehabilitation of individuals leading to greater community safety. Salary band of $91,971 - $98,955 plus superannuation. Community Correctional Services (CCS) contributes to the safety of the community by applying practices that reduce reoffending and connect individuals to programs, services and community. CCS provides management of individuals on court orders, people who have committed serious sex offences on post sentence supervision and prisoners on parole. Key responsibilities Identify and evaluate factors that relate to individual offending behaviour. Motivate and influence individuals in the case management process. Produce detailed reports and other standard documents in line with procedural guidelines. Monitor individual's compliance against order requirements. About you Demonstrates assertiveness and confidence in dealing with individuals exhibiting challenging behaviours. Builds positive working relationships and enjoys working in a small, close-knit team. Understanding of case management practices relating to complex individuals. Practices modelling pro-social behaviours and motivates those around them. Pays attention to words, expression and body language; recognizes behaviours that promote a culture of inclusion.
