Growth Strategist

Overview At Goodway Group, Growth Marketers are strategic problem-solvers who look holistically at a client’s business, identify the bottlenecks preventing growth, and design data-driven experiments that unlock results. You’ll manage a team of channel experts, lead client relationships, and own growth roadmaps that deliver measurable impact. What You’ll Do Diagnose a client’s current growth performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement innovative improvements. Manage multiple client accounts and partner with channel specialists (SEO, paid media, content, CRO, analytics, etc.) to execute growth roadmaps. Develop and implement a structured testing framework to collect data, analyze performance, and drive continuous improvements. Communicate experiment roadmaps and results to clients, translating data into actionable insights. Contribute to internal process improvements, helping refine how Tuff delivers client growth. Experience & Qualifications 5+ years of marketing experience across multiple channels (SEO, paid acquisition, CRO, content strategy, link building). 2+ years of client management experience, preferably in an agency or consulting environment. Proven ability to manage multiple growth accounts simultaneously. Experience designing and executing growth experiments with measurable results. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to prioritize and communicate testing roadmaps. Excellent communication and project management skills.
