Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• At least 2 years of recent CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Familiarity with a range of cardiac surgical procedures and cardiac equipment
• Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and protocols

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert RN support in the CVOR, working alongside cardiac surgeons and multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor and assess patients before, during, and after procedures
• Prepare, maintain, and operate CVOR equipment
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and infection control guidelines
• Contribute to a collaborative environment focused on positive patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and communicate clearly with patients, families, and team members
