From first contact through move-in, you’ll support prospects and residents while helping keep the community organized, market-ready, and welcoming.Engage with prospective residents, showcase model apartments, and highlight community amenitiesHandle inquiries, conduct property tours, and manage follow-up communication in YardiAssist with application verification, lease renewals, and insurance verificationsEnsure a smooth, seamless move-in experience and confirm property readinessMaintain the pristine condition of model apartments, target units, and market-ready vacanciesSupport property bookkeeping, report generation, newsletters, paperwork, and administrative tasksSupport administrative tasks, reporting, marketing efforts, social media, and resident eventsWho You Are:You’re a motivated, customer-focused professional who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment.
