This role entails both installation work and selling jobs we are seeking plumbers who are hungry to win customers and win work. You will deliver a five-star customer experience on every call, work independently and alongside a team, and represent Brothers Plumbing as a skilled professional in the community.We facilitate a 5 Star Process to optimize the customers experience: Prepare, Set the Tone, Diagnose the Issue, Create Estimate Options, Do the Work, and Close the Call. Minimum QualificationsCurrent plumbing license Tradesman, Journeyman, or MasterIn-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, maintenance, and repairsSolid understanding of current regulations and Texas plumbing codeStrong communication skills comfortable explaining technical issues to customers clearlyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency with power tools and commitment to safe use practicesValid Texas drivers license with a clean driving recordStrong customer service orientation this is as important as technical skillAbility to pass a background check and random drug screenPhysical RequirementsThis is an active, hands-on role. You should be comfortable with the following:Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs; carrying a minimum of 25 lbs unassisted over 250 feetClimbing ladders and working at various heights and in confined or awkward spacesOperating handheld power tools safely with required PPE at all timesWorking outdoors in all weather conditions and on concrete or uneven surfaces for extended periodsWorking more than 40 hours per week and up to 12 hours per day as neededExposure to odors associated with sewer and water systems, power tool noise, dust, and construction debrisBrothers Plumbing is an equal opportunity employer.
