RN Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator

Job Title: RN Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator III

Location : Atlanta, GA (On-site)

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $65,500 - $82,100 annually (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage clinical research studies in compliance with protocols, GCP, and regulatory guidelines
• Screen, recruit, and enroll eligible study participants
• Obtain informed consent and ensure patient understanding of study procedures
• Perform clinical assessments, collect specimens, and document patient data accurately
• Monitor patient safety and report adverse events as required
• Collaborate with physicians, sponsors, and research teams to ensure smooth study execution
• Maintain study documentation, including regulatory binders and source documents
• Ensure adherence to IRB, FDA, and institutional guidelines

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum 3+ years of clinical research experience
• Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical trial processes
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple studies and priorities effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in endocrinology, diabetes, or related therapeutic areas
• Prior experience in a coordinator-level or senior research role
