Caregiving is a great starting point in your healthcare career.We are proud to be a San Diego Union-Tribune Top Workplaces award winner for the past 7 years!!Windward Academy is a training program consisting of supervised, classroom, and online training to set you up for success as a new caregiver.Learn how to provide essential caregiving duties including; engaging activities for elderly socialization, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, assisting with walking, light housekeeping, companionship, errands and appointments, managing dementia and Alzheimer's related behaviors.This training program is held Mon-Fri September 14th-18th, hours are typically between 8:30a-5p.
