Home Health Aide's for Dayton Ohio AreaPurpose Care is looking for qualified, dependable, honest, reliable, Home Health Aides, STNA's, PCAs and CNA Caregivers to care for the needs of our clients.Position Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Providing personal care to include:Baths, Showers, Bed Baths, Sponge BathsOral hygieneShampoosChanging bed linensAssisting patients with dressing/undressing and groomingAssisting the patient with toileting activitiesKeeping patient's living area clean and orderlyDoing patient's laundry, cleaning and meal preparationsQualifications and Requirements:Worked with a Home Health Agency or nursing Facility within the past yearMinimum of 1 full year of recent experienceMust be able to pass a criminal background checkMust be at least 18 years oldCandidates must complete a written Competency evaluation.Must complete a skills assessment.Able to independently lift 25lbs.Empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail and impaired.Demonstrate patience, and good personal hygieneMust be comfortable performing personal care and grooming, meal prep, and light housekeeping.As a growing company we provide:Competitive compensation from $17- $18 an hourTravel Time pay of $11 an hourSchedule FlexibilityRefer to a Friend program and get $500PurposeCare is Bringing Healthcare Home, and we want you to join our familyPurposeCare is a leading provider of home care and home health services in the Midwest and provides home-based care services to more than 3,000 clients a month carefully coordinated to keep clients healthy and safe at home.
