Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus. You will supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students, manage household routines, and support students’ academic, emotional, and social growth. Ideal candidates are a legally married two-person team, 27 or older, with youth experience and a high school diploma or GED.
