The position is available in both full-time and part-time.

Your Tasks

• Advise management, specialist departments, and project teams on civil and economic legal issues, particularly in the areas of company and commercial law, trademark, distribution, competition, and data protection law.
• In German and English, review, design, and negotiate contracts, using your very good English skills in an international context.
• Develop contract standards, templates, and processes, and coordinate external legal advisors in Germany and abroad, for example in ongoing court cases or legal disputes.
• You have no difficulty in getting up to speed with new subject areas. You also manage and update internal guidelines, monitor compliance, and support corporate legal participation management (corporate housekeeping).

Your Profile

• You are a fully qualified lawyer with two above-average completed legal state examinations and several years of professional experience in a law firm focused on economic law or in an internationally active company.
• Sound knowledge of general civil and contract law as well as sales, competition, and trademark law and practical experience in the design, review, and negotiation of contracts distinguish you.
• You work independently, solution-oriented, and bring a friendly, binding appearance and an ausgeprägte hands-on mentality.
• Occasional business trips are no problem for you and you can quickly and safely get up to speed with new subject areas.
