Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth (NPHY) is seeking a motivated Peer Support Specialist to mentor youth and support recovery, housing stability, and well-being. You will lead groups, provide individualized mentorship, and collaborate with therapists and case managers across programs. The role emphasizes trauma-informed, inclusive practices and requires lived experience with recovery and homelessness.
