About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals and businesses.
- Conduct tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients.
- Assist with audits and respond to tax-related inquiries from clients and authorities.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline tax processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and industry trends.
- Train and mentor junior staff on tax preparation and compliance issues.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA designation, preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tax preparation
- Strong knowledge of federal and CA state tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
