Looking for work that truly matters? Integrity Support Solutions is seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support an individual in Downingtown, PA. This role focuses on life skills development, community integration, and supporting the client’s journey toward greater independence. Current Opening – Downingtown, PA Work 1:1 with a highly capable and motivated adult with intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD) Support goals related to cooking, personal organization, budgeting, communication, and community engagement Help foster confidence and self-advocacy in daily routines and recreational activities Weekday afternoon and evening shifts available. Additional hours may be available based on performance and client needs.
