Outpatient Physical Therapist

Location: Carlisle, PA

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts; 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have outpatient experience, though new graduates are welcome to apply. This role involves managing a diverse patient population and meeting a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and create tailored treatment plans for patients.
• Administer therapy interventions to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day, with the expectation of double-booking follow-up visits.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and float to other clinics as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Experience in outpatient settings is preferred.
• All candidates must hold a valid Physical Therapist license.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
