Job Description Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, the Physical Therapist provides quality care for patients receiving Physical Therapy services, including examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis, intervention, outcomes, and discharge planning. Additional responsibilities include consultation, education, critical inquiry, administration, and direction and supervision of personnel. The Physical Therapist follows an individualized performance development plan to maintain current knowledge and be competent in critical areas, supporting program and Medical Center goals and objectives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program California Physical Therapist License upon hire Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association certification New graduate or entry level experience within an ambulatory care facility or medical group practice Experience with program planning, implementation, evaluation, and education training Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree or Ph.D. 1 year of experience in an outpatient Physical Therapy setting Experience with CARF and Title XXII standards EMR experience Compensation Base Salary: USD $107,660 to $167,107. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
