Our franchisees provide a range of care services, including companion care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and personal care services such as bathing and dressing.**Responsibilities:*** Provide high-quality, one-on-one care to seniors and vulnerable adults in their homes* Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming* Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping tasks* Engage in companionship activities, such as conversation, reading, and watching TV* Monitor and report any changes in client condition to supervisors* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment* Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure best possible outcomes for clients**Requirements:*** Must have a passion for providing care to adults in their home* **High School Diploma or equivalent required*** **Previous experience in home care or a related field preferred*** **Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients with care and safety*** **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills*** **Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends*** **Current certification in CPR and First Aid (if applicable to your state or locality)****About the Role:**As a Home Care Aide (HCA) with Right at Home Torrance, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with a team of dedicated caregivers.
