About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead the strategic evolution of its media software business. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, with a focus on modernizing the company's offerings to meet the demands of the next generation of broadcast and digital media workflows. This role requires a unique blend of product leadership, customer understanding, commercial acumen, and technical knowledge. The VP will be at the forefront of the company's transition to hybrid cloud architectures, championing AI-first product thinking, and making critical decisions to balance innovation with the reliability standards of mission-critical broadcast customers. Applicants must have a proven track record in senior product leadership within a B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or vertical software company, and be adept at making forward-looking product decisions based on customer and market insights. Experience in leading a product organization through significant changes, such as platform repositioning or migration to the cloud, is essential. The role demands a practical AI product mindset, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to build and lead a product team. While not mandatory, experience in broadcast media or related verticals, and familiarity with the specific needs and dynamics of large broadcast organizations, is highly preferred. The VP will work closely with the CEO and other stakeholders, and must be able to communicate effectively and build trust with enterprise customers.
