PARALEGAL

Responsibilities Assist supervising attorneys with analytical, technical, and administrative tasks in the preparation and coordination of all stages of litigation and transactional work, and perform related work as required. Qualifications A Juris Doctorate from an accredited college or university. OR a bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited college or university AND at least two (2) years of paralegal experience. OR completion of an accredited Paralegal Studies or Legal Assistant program and at least two (2) years of paralegal experience. OR completion of an accredited Paralegal Studies or Legal Assistant program and possession of the Certified Paralegal (CP) certification issued by the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA), Inc., which can substitute for the required two years of paralegal experience. Background check required; employment contingent upon successful completion of a criminal history investigation.
