About the Role
At Medical-Link , we’re looking for a driven Healthcare Recruiter to help source, engage, and place Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants into temporary and permanent roles nationwide. You’ll work closely with recruiters and account managers in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with strong earning and growth potential.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and place Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants nationwide
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and referrals
- Screen, interview, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process
- Partner with account managers to meet client staffing needs
- Maintain accurate data and documentation in internal systems
What We’re Looking For

- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting or sales experience (healthcare preferred)
- Strong sourcing and internet research skills
- Experience using LinkedIn and professional networking platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and basic Microsoft/Google tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven history of achieving performance goals
