Are you a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) looking for flexible, on-call work? Join Synergy HomeCare of Seminole and make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients who need assistance and support in the comfort of their own homes.
This job is located in Pinellas Park, FL.
Qualifications: *Do not apply if you don’t meet the following criteria:
Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
Current CPR certification (required)
Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred)
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
A Reliable Vehicle that has up-to-date registration and insurance.
Level 2 Background screening with current fingerprinting.
Recent Negative TB Test Results .
Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
Must have strong communication skills.
What you’ll do:
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed.
Accompanying clients to their appointments.
Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing)
Monitor and report changes in client condition.
Provide companionship and emotional support (Offer encouragement and help clients maintain social connections)
Follow care plans and agency protocols.
