Click Wise Design is hiring an experienced Sales Representative to join our in-office team in Allen, Texas.

This is not an entry-level sales position. We are looking specifically for proven sales professionals who already know how to sell, communicate with prospects, follow up consistently, overcome objections, and close deals.

We provide the opportunity—you bring the sales experience and drive to turn prospects into customers.

What You’ll Do

• Communicate with prospective customers and identify their needs
• Follow up with leads consistently and professionally
• Present our services and communicate their value clearly
• Handle objections confidently
• Build relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline
• Close new business and achieve sales goals
• Work closely with the Click Wise Design team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to service

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have proven professional sales experience
• Have a demonstrated ability to close deals
• Are comfortable communicating by phone, email, and in person
• Are confident, motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Understand sales follow-up and pipeline management
• Can work independently without needing to be taught the fundamentals of selling
• Are available to work in office Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

If you’re completely new to sales or looking for your first sales position, this role is not the right fit.

Compensation

Starting base salary: $4,000 per month + commission

The commission structure provides additional earning potential based on sales performance.
