Full-Time | Reports to: Director of Sales | Travel: 50% | Salary Range: $52,000 – $65,000 plus commission

The Role

Broadway National is looking for a driven, outgoing, and highly motivated Sales Associate who is eager to build a career in B2B sales.

This is more than a traditional SDR role. You won't simply generate leads and hand them off. You'll be involved throughout the sales process—prospecting for new business, booking meetings, participating in client conversations and presentations, and working alongside experienced sales leaders to help move opportunities forward.

This is an ideal opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career professional who is hungry to learn, coachable, competitive, and ready to get out there and sell. Prior sales experience is helpful, but not required. We are looking for potential, drive, and the ability to develop.

What You'll Own

• Research and identify prospective clients and new business opportunities.
• Prospect through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, and other outreach.
• Build and maintain your own pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Schedule and participate in prospect meetings, discovery calls, and sales presentations.
• Learn how to uncover client needs, communicate Broadway's value, and help move opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Partner closely with senior sales team members on presentations, proposals, follow-up, and closing strategies.
• Attend client meetings, networking events, conferences, and trade shows as needed.
• Maintain accurate prospect, activity, and pipeline information within Salesforce.
• Develop toward independently managing and closing sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, particularly in Business, Business Management, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Recent graduates and early-career candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• 0–2 years of sales, business development, customer-facing, or related professional experience preferred; direct sales experience is not required.
• Confident communicator who is comfortable speaking with new people and building relationships.
• Competitive, energetic, self-motivated, and willing to put in the work to succeed.
• Coachable and eager to learn from experienced sales professionals.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
