Slitter Operator- 3rd shift

Sets up, operates, and produces slit products using equipment in a safe manner, following specifications, and ensuring quality products are sent out on time in full. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Experience Vocational training a plus. Minimum of 3 yrs. experience in an industrial manufacturing environment operating complex manufacturing equipment. Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation practices required. Excellent verbal communication skills. Mechanical aptitude. Level II requires an excellent understanding of GMP requirements and the Oliver Tolas Quality System. Essential Functions High degree of attention to detail Follows job spec accurately Ensures quality of product meets customer requirements Reports non-compliant materials to QA immediately or as required by policy. Physical Requirements Employee is required to stand, bend, kneel, walk, sit, balance, handle or feel objects; tools or controls; reach with hands and arms. Employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
