Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Nesco Resource is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a growing manufacturing client. If you enjoy helping customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts. Enter and process customer orders and invoices. Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, and deliveries. Provide order updates and resolve customer concerns. Work closely with production, shipping, and sales teams to ensure excellent customer service. Maintain accurate customer records in the company's system. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of customer service experience (manufacturing experience preferred). Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills. Ability to multitask and provide exceptional customer service.
