Qualified Staffing is hiring experienced Extruder Operators for a growing manufacturing company in Conyers, GA. These are full-time, temp-to-hire opportunities offering stable schedules and long-term career growth.
Location: Conyers, GA
Pay: $17.00/hour plus shift differential after training
Shifts Available: 2nd Shift: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM3rd Shift: Monday through Friday, 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM Responsibilities • Operate, monitor, and adjust extrusion equipment to maintain production standards
• Perform routine quality checks and inspections throughout the production process
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and promptly communicate maintenance needs
• Complete production reports and required documentation accurately
• Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications • 1-2 years of experience operating extrusion, manufacturing, or production equipment preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products
