Description:
We are seeking a full-time Physician Assistant with urology or gynecology experience to join a high-volume, collaborative practice.
This position offers flexible scheduling, no call, advanced clinical technology, and long-term professional growth.
The Physician Assistant will provide direct urologic care in a primarily outpatient setting.
Responsibilities include evaluating and managing new and established urology patients.
You will provide outpatient clinical care, seeing 15 to 20 patients per day.
The role involves performing pre-operative and post-operative assessments and follow-up visits.
You will assist with patient education regarding procedures, medications, and treatment plans.
Supporting physicians with clinic workflow and procedural preparation is also part of your duties.
Conducting occasional inpatient hospital rounding is available for extra pay, with no call responsibilities.
You will document patient encounters using electronic medical records.
Utilizing AI-assisted clinical documentation tools is expected.
Continuous learning within a fast-paced urology environment is encouraged.
Adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards is required.
This position does not accept new graduate candidates or those requiring visa support.
