24/7 Network Operations Technician - Critical Systems
NC State Highway Patrol
The NC State Highway Patrol seeks an Operations Technician (S) to monitor major networks such as VIPER, CJIN/DCI, OFM, and the internal network, performing first-level troubleshooting and promptly notifying users and technicians of issues. This role requires DCI Certification, which must be renewed every two years, and involves shift work to provide 24/7/365 coverage and collaboration with contractors to resolve problems while supporting continuity of operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr NC State Highway Patrol
