What you'll do:

Complete service requests: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
Maintain grounds, amenities, and common areas

What we're looking for:

1+ year apartment/multifamily maintenance experience
EPA 608 certification required; HVAC/CPO a plus
Reliable transportation; able to be on-call as scheduled
