The Unit Associate assists in planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating the activities on a patient care unit by performing clerical duties under the direction of one or more RN’s. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned. Responsibilities Transcribes Doctors’ Orders Delivers Exceptional Customer Service Maintains Charts and Processes Department Admissions and Discharges Monitors and Maintains Supplies and Inventory Leadership Qualifications Education: Minimum: High School Graduation or Equivalent. Preferred: Medical Terminology Experience: Required: None Preferred: Six months to 1 year.
