Job Opportunity: Full-Time Physician - Psychiatrist

Our organization is currently in search of a dedicated Physician - Psychiatrist to join our team in Fort Smith, AR. The ideal candidate should be Board Eligible or Certified in Psychiatry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations, along with medication management for veterans experiencing various mental health issues, including but not limited to:
  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
  • Substance Abuse
  • Mood Disorders
  • Anxiety Disorders
  • Psychosis
  • Other related conditions
• Provide education to hospital staff regarding the psychiatric needs of patients, including handling techniques and expectations.
• Engage with the families of patients receiving psychiatric care.

Requirements:

• MD/DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of residency training leading to board eligibility or certification.
• Possession of an active, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state.

Working Conditions:

The daily schedule will typically run from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of nights, weekends, and on-call duties. Specific scheduling details will be discussed during the interview process.

Compensation and Benefits:

The starting base salary for this position ranges from $275,000 to $300,000 . Our organization offers an outstanding benefits package for physicians, which includes:
