Compensation Structure: 33% of production Expected Earnings: $335,000–$500,000 annually ($1M by year three) Daily Guarantee: $1,350–$2,000 (flexible, based on experience) CE support and Solea laser training QSEHRA: $2,400 annually per full‑time employee The Opportunity This is a full‑time or part‑time opportunity offering a well‑balanced schedule with flexible hours. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with early GA days usually 6:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. The associate will provide a wide range of pediatric dentistry services, including: SSC crowns, resins, pulps, root canals, extractions Space maintainers and other pediatric restorative procedures Our office is equipped with cutting‑edge technology, including: 4 Solea lasers SprintRay 3D printer Cerec ELF scanner CBCT Mentorship and collaboration are available for both new graduates and experienced dentists. There is also a clear path to partnership for candidates interested in long‑term growth.
