Full-time Exempt

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Our therapists enjoy the flexibility of self-scheduling within our Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM timeframe. This means you have control over your own schedule, allowing you to create a workday that aligns with your personal and professional preferences while maintaining a healthy work-life balance!

Position Summary

As a Speech Therapist leveraging AI-supported documentation, you will focus on providing patient-centered therapy while streamlining the documentation process. Get your weekends back, with this innovative technology. It allows you to dedicate more time to helping patients achieve their therapy goals while reducing after-hours administrative work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech therapy sessions, focusing on patient goals and progress.
• Use AI technology to capture accurate session details in real-time.
• Document therapy outcomes, monitor progress, and comply with care plans.
• Build trust and connection with patients by minimizing distractions during care.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a home health setting preferred.
