Now Hiring: Part-Time Pediatric CaregiverAt Phoenix Home Care, we know the right caregiver can make a life-changing difference for children and families navigating unique challenges every day. We are currently seeking a compassionate, patient, and dependable caregiver to support pediatric clients in Raytown who are on the autism spectrum and have behavioral health needs.This role is best suited for someone who has prior direct support experience and feels confident providing care, structure, and encouragement in a supportive home environment. We are looking for someone who can build trust, remain calm during challenging moments, and create meaningful connections with the children and families they serve.Schedule: Saturday/Sunday (6 hour shifts) 13 hours totalYour responsibilities may include:Providing personal care supportAssisting with daily routines and activitiesSupporting positive behaviors and emotional regulationOffering companionship, engagement, and encouragementCreating a safe, patient, and supportive environmentWhy join Phoenix Home Care?
