We also have an outpatient office for occasional in-person sessions or team events.

  • Deliver comprehensive mental health counseling services rooted in evidence-based psychological and human development theories, aimed at individuals, families, and groups.

  • Engage in psychoeducation, helping clients understand mental health issues, emotional disorders, and behavioral health challenges to empower their healing journey.

  • Contribute to staffing meetings, case conferences, and consultations, coordinating care for clients with a multidisciplinary approach.

  • Assess and support clients through human development stages, address interpersonal relationship concerns, and help manage a variety of nervous, mental, and emotional disorders.

  • Implement outreach and follow-up services, ensuring clients remain engaged with their care after initial sessions.

  • Prepare and facilitate transition, discharge, and aftercare plans to support clients effectively during their journey to mental wellness.

  • Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and discharge planning to uphold the highest standards of patient care.

  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatment, utilizing feedback from clients and relevant stakeholders to modify service plans as needed.

You will work with a diverse client base that includes adults and families facing a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. Your expertise will be pivotal in providing holistic care tailored to each individual’s unique situation, fostering mental resilience, and promoting a sense of well-being.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field from an accredited university, with a focus on mental health or counseling.

  • A current, unrestricted licensed mental health professional designation in good standing in Seattle, Washington.

  • A minimum of three years of hands-on experience as a mental health counselor, particularly in providing therapy to a broad range of clientele.

  • Demonstrated organizational skills, superior communication abilities, and a keen capacity for receiving and integrating constructive feedback.

  • Proficient time management to effectively handle a full caseload and maintain client relationships.

Preferred Experience\n
