Experience 6+ years of experience as a software engineer, machine learning engineer, or AI engineer. Proven experience deploying machine learning models into production and operating them at scale. Experience working with large, complex, or high-volume data sets. Technical Skills Strong programming skills in Python (and experience with production-grade systems in languages like Go, Java, or C++ is a plus). Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent. Solid understanding of data engineering concepts, distributed systems, and cloud-based architectures. Experience with model evaluation, monitoring, and debugging in live environments. AI & ML Knowledge Strong foundation in machine learning techniques (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, anomaly detection, time-series analysis). Familiarity with deep learning and modern AI approaches, including generative or representation-learning methods, as relevant to production systems. Experience applying ML in real-world, noisy, or adversarial environments is a strong plus. Ways of Working Product-minded engineer who cares about impact, not just models. Comfortable operating with ambiguity and evolving requirements. Strong communicator who can collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
