We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook to join our kitchen/pizza team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment. As a Line Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes according to recipes, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in your station.

Key Responsibilities: 

*Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards

*Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before each shift

*Operate Kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, and fryers

*Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstation

*Communicate effectively with the team to ensure timely and accurate orders

*Adhere to portion control and waste reduction policies

*Perform other kitchen tasks as assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager
