Experience driving revenue growth, increasing gross profit, and managing high-volume dealership sales teams. Knowledge of sales KPIs, inventory management, CRM systems, and customer satisfaction (CSI). Ability to train, motivate, and manage sales professionals while maintaining strong closing performance and dealership growth.
