About the Role Join our team at Comfort Keepers as a Staffing Coordinator and take the lead in building a caring and dedicated team to provide exceptional home care services to our clients. We are a leading home care agency in Bloomsburg, PA, and we are looking for a motivated individual to help us continue to grow and provide top-notch care to our community. Responsibilities Recruit, interview, and hire caregivers to join our team Coordinate caregiver schedules and client care plans Provide training and support to caregivers Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations Manage caregiver performance and conduct regular evaluations Requirements Prior experience in home care staffing or a related field Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of state and federal regulations for home care agencies Compassionate and empathetic demeanor Comfort Keepers has been providing in-home care services for over 20 years, and we are dedicated to improving the lives of seniors and their families.
