Accounts Payable Clerk

The Accounts Payable (AP) position supports the company in optimizing its financial transactions and systems by processing payments to vendors and suppliers in a timely manner. We are looking to add an experienced automotive Accounts Payable person to our growing accounting office that serves multiple locations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Process and reconcile manufacturers statements. Other miscellaneous duties are assigned during the month or for closeout. Research and resolve discrepancies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Organization, attention to detail, productivity, and dependability. Interacts with vendors to verify billings. Responsible for ensuring all billings are accurate and paid in time. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications/Skills Dealership experience is a must! Must understand debits/credits and possess basic math skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Ability to be organized, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. A go-getter that will take charge and be able to manage their workload with a positive attitude. Must work well with others and have good verbal and written communication skills. Auto Dealership Accounting skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Organization, attention to detail, productivity, and dependability.
