As a Seasonal Bartender, you play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences across three distinct bar settings.

Whether you're serving refreshing cocktails under the warm sun, keeping pace during high-energy, heat-filled summer nights, or creating a cozy, welcoming atmosphere when the rain rolls in, you consistently deliver memorable service.

You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment—effortlessly multitasking during busy shifts and maintaining attention to detail no matter the conditions. Your knowledge of current beverage trends allows you to confidently recommend and prepare both classic and innovative cocktails, ensuring every drink meets high standards of quality and presentation.

You take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar while adhering to all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Working collaboratively with your team, you help create a positive and dynamic atmosphere for both guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
• Provide engaging, friendly, and attentive service in all weather conditions
• Recommend beverages and stay current on cocktail, beer, and wine trends
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels behind the bar
• Handle transactions accurately and responsibly
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and safety standards
• Support team operations across multiple bar locations

What You Bring:

• Bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale environment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay efficient in fast-paced, outdoor, and weather-exposed settings
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays throughout the season

Pay: $10.85/hr

Schedule: Afternoon and evening availability, weekday, weekends and holidays. Schedule to be discussed in the interview.
