Rural Primary Care NP/PA Autonomy & Patient-Centered Care

While our model allows for a slower, more thoughtful pace of care, our providers remain actively involved in hands‑on patient care and day‑to‑day clinic operations. This position’s responsibilities include: Performing basic in‑office procedures (lab draws, injections, some procedures) Starting IVs Managing acute and chronic conditions across a broad primary care scope Triaging patient concerns (in‑person, phone, and messaging) Participating in patient communication (calls, texts, telehealth) Dispensing medications Collaborating with a small team to keep clinic flow smooth and patient‑centered This role requires comfort with both clinical autonomy and team‑based care, with a willingness to step in where needed to support patients and the clinic.
