Working within an expansive 25 facility regional provider network, this primary care role focuses on delivering comprehensive medical care, managing chronic conditions, and promoting preventative health for families and patients across a prosperous 10-county region. • Provide comprehensive patient care including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment. • Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical best practices. • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical programs. • Educate patients and families regarding medical conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care. • Provide consultation services when required. • Adhere to hospital policies, regulatory standards, and ethical guidelines. • Participate in on-call coverage as required by the department. • Support community outreach and preventive health initiatives. Requirements • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. • Board Certified or Board Eligible in the relevant specialty (Family Medicine). • Valid medical license (or eligibility) in the state of Ohio. • DEA certification if required for the specialty. • Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills. • No red flags and hit on license.
