We are looking for someone who can effectively assess, resolve, and close point-of-sale hardware and software issues for our clients while providing professional and friendly service experience. WHO YOU ARE You are a self‑motivated and detail‑oriented individual with exceptional time‑management and organizational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Provide a positive and friendly customer service experience. Provide timely updates to the client regarding call status and resolution plan. Perform a variety of software installations including remote technician, antivirus, POS software, and change of services (COS). Continuously improve client support service quality and efficiency. Prioritize and quickly access customer information, analyze history, and research internal/external databases to identify and execute resolutions. Work with and establish rapport with vendors. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Minimum of two‑year technical degree or equivalent experience in the POS, hospitality, grocery, or call center industries (strongly preferred). Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook required. Excellent communication, customer service, and data entry skills required. Computer software and hardware knowledge preferred. Network connectivity and related software experience preferred. Experience in retail, grocery, or hospitality industries is a plus. Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
