Vasion offers a flexible working environment for our 400+ employees around the globe, including at our headquarters in St. George, Utah, and offices in the UK, Germany, and Lehi, Utah.Role OverviewAs a Strategic Finance Analyst on our finance team, you will build the models and scenarios that help leadership see around corners, pressure-testing strategy, weighing major investments, and bringing rigor to our most consequential decisions. The right candidate brings intellectual curiosity, comfort with ambiguity, and analytical discipline.Key ResponsibilitiesLong-Range Planning & Scenario AnalysisLead the development and ongoing maintenance of the company's long-range financial planPerform sensitivity analysis and stress-test forecast across macro and strategic scenariosBuild scenario models to inform capital allocation and strategic investment decisionsValidate assumptions and update the plan as business conditions evolveKPI Performance & Market IntelligenceMonitor KPI performance (ARR, Rule of 40, Magic Number, NRR, CAC Payback, etc.) against internal targets and industry benchmarksGather and synthesize benchmark data from public and private market sources to identify performance gaps and strategic opportunitiesTrack economic signals to surface opportunities and risks for leadershipStrategic InvestmentsDevelop models to assess the financial impact of significant capital deployments and follow up on realized returnsConduct financial analysis and due diligence to support major investment decisionsBuild and maintain the frameworks that let us evaluate strategic opportunities quickly and rigorously
