Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated iOS/Android Mobile Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in delivery management ensuring the successful execution of mobile application projects. This position requires a strong focus on functional testing manual testing UI/UX validation and REST APIs knowledge. The candidate will be responsible for leading a team of testers and developers ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of mobile application projects ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct thorough functional testing and manual testing of mobile applications to identify defects and ensure optimal performance.
- Validate UI/UX designs to ensure a seamless user experience across iOS and Android platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers designers and product managers to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Utilize REST APIs effectively to ensure proper integration and functionality of mobile applications.
- Develop and implement testing strategies test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of application features.
- Mentor and guide team members in best practices for testing and quality assurance.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status risks and issues.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in functional testing - manual.
- Proficient in UI/UX validation for mobile applications.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and their integration with mobile applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
