Production Lead installer

Position Overview We are coastal Carolina's premiere home energy performance company seeking a true construction professional to lead our install team. We provide ongoing training to attain industry certifications. Compensation: 40,000 base salary with daily project bonus and commission incentives. Foremen earn between 50,000-60,000 per year on average. Requirements Ability to work in attics, roofs, and crawlspaces Some overnight travel Good driving record Basic computer literacy Must have own tools Job Responsibilities Lead a small crew of 2-4 installers Maintain a professional appearance Manage customer expectations to protect company reputation and job margins Manage paperwork, contracts, materials, and labor on jobs Deliver jobs at or below budget Upsell on the job and execute change orders as necessary Keep morale high to maintain customer satisfaction and employee retention Veterans welcome!
