Job Summary A lead or junior plumber serves clients by expertly servicing, repairing, and replacing plumbing systems. Job Duties Utilizes Straight Forward Pricing (including all company approved forms) correctly on each call Wears floor savers while in the client’s home and maintains a neat work area during repairs or scheduled service Tests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to ensure everything is working properly and to minimize callbacks Explains each service performed to the client and ensures client satisfaction with all work Demonstrates a safety-conscious attitude on the job and while driving Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles Minimum Requirements Junior Plumbers are considered training/apprentice level and typically do not operate their own truck Lead/Master Plumbers are considered senior level and typically operate their own truck Compensation $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits & Why Join Pay: Competitive rate Flexibility: Scheduling designed to fit your life Career Path: Access world-class training programs and ongoing development Joining information: Each franchise location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
